Delivery method
The delivery window we allow when an order is placed carries a 100% tolerance against the time in which we are able to complete delivery.
Where an order cannot be delivered because of an error in the address given, we contact the person who placed it.
Your orders are dispatched on the shipping date stated on the site. An informational email is sent to the address you provided once the order has been dispatched.

Return method
You can find information on this in the "How does it work?" section and in the Rental Agreement.
If you wish to cancel a rental order, you may cancel within 1 business day. There is no right to request a refund for a withdrawal made after that period.
For a cancelled order, the refund process is completed within 2 business days from the moment the item reaches us, after which the process is passed to your bank. When the payment reaches your account may vary depending on your bank.
You can send the item back to us from any Yurtiçi Kargo branch we work with, using customer number 118 846 1041.
Where damage to the rented item is identified after its return, the amount required to remedy that damage will be determined by our company and the renter will be responsible for the repair and alteration costs.
Where the item is not returned on the return date, the renter accepts and undertakes to pay a daily penalty equal to 30% of the sale value of the item.
Where the item is delivered more than 5 days after the return date, or is not delivered at all, our company will have the right to file a criminal complaint against the lessee and to claim damages.
